You need to make sure you have the latest version of the Windows Installer. I recommend going to Microsoft's website and download any/all updates and service packs and see if that resolves your problem. Enkrypted

Have you tried temporarily disabling all programs running in the background and any anti-virus software that might be installed? Also try cleaning the temp folder? Enkrypted
