Installing win98 english to win98 dutch version

Hi everybody,

I'm using the win98 english version and want to install
the win98 dutch version over it. Is this ppossible with renaming win.com and then installing the win98 dutch
version over it ??
Has anybody tried this before ??

Thanks for any hint.
