Ok, here's my setup. I have two hard drives ==> One is 6GB, has Win98 installed, and is my C drive. The other is an 80GB drive with 20GB at the end for storage (fat32 so Win98 can read it) and the rest is unallocated space.

I tried installing W2K Server but when it asks me where to install, it only sees my C drive, not the second drive. I even tried making a 20GB NTFS partition on the second drive, and I made it active, but setup still did not see it. I also tried installing straight from the CD, cause I thought it would help, but no luck.

I should mention that my BIOS can't recognize large drives, so I have the second drive connected to an ATA 100 controller card. However, the drive gets recognized by the controller before setup starts. Thanks in advance!

Try install with 6GB drive disconnected?
Or, try copying all 2k install files to the second hard drive (format a FAT32 partition for this), boot from a win98 boot floppy and run 2k setup from there (run winnt)
