Installing the New certificate on the win2003 server

Hi, Can I install the new cert while people are using it? am I going to screw up what they inputting if I do it?

You can install the new cert any time. It's the start and stop of the IIS that is going to mess with people. However, it shouldn't be down too long. Any input that is done during a stop and start (and depending on the back end application) can be corrupted/lost.
