installing text to columns patch in openoffice

Is not a Patch. Is a macro or in terms of an openoffice developer an "extension".
You can find the extension in in the users tab.
For installing it you need to use the package manager and selecting the zip file in there.
Then you can find the icon in Tools/add-ons and thats all.
Despite is a great extension I noticed that one funcionality is missing: choosing the decimal character in the text2Columns dialog. A pity.
