Don't know about version 3, but for version 5 it's a matter of:
1. From the cd type bin/clustinfo to find the names of the metaclusters you wish to install.
2. type /bin/clustadd metacluster (....metacluster) to add the packages.
In version 5 you must install the version of FLEXlm (the licence manager) appropriate to the release - perhaps the same is true of version 3.

Sorry - step 2 above should have been bin/clustadd, not /bin/clustadd! Cheers.
