Installing SP6 on NT4 Server

Would there be an effect on my SQL 7 Db if I intall SP6 on NT4?

Thanks for the reply Aslem but as of now that is not what I need.
Currently we have a Windows NT 4 Server. Now, we want to update our OS by installing SP6 for NT but we are afraid that a conflict might happen on our SQL Server 7. Will there be a conflict? Has anyone tried it?

I have done it. We used SQL 7 as the back end for an application that stopped working after the upgrade due to problems with the ODBC connections. However, reapplying the service pack of the application solved the problem.

Thanks for replying shandyw! but can you please tell me what is the particular application that stopped working? Aside that it stopped working, are there any more conflict?
