Installing SP30 on SV8100 need info on configuration 1

I have installed several IP phones DT700 on this SV8100 but I am unable to get the softphones up. The SSV8100 is set for automatic configuration of the IP devices and I've tried to install the SP30 like I did the DT700. I get a logon request for user and password. Then if I enter an extension number as the user it says I can't use that number. Any suggestions?

The SP-30 cannot be used on the SV-8100. You need the desktop apps disk which has the softphone used on the SV-8100 system on it.
