Hello, Im a total newbie to solaris, can someone please help me installing?

I download solaris-10 x86 and I joined the 5 iso files and burnt the dvd, it appears to be OK, but when I boot the dvd all I get is the command line

GNU GRUB Version 0,95 Grub>

according to the installation notes it is supposed to boot into a menu which allows various installation choices.

How can I start the installation from the command line? or is there something missing from the dvd?

the dvd has 20,023 files) (44,216 folders) (size on disk 3,57GB)

Thanks
Tom

Try this:

cat README.TXT

It may have instructions for installation.

Thanks for you very informative anser.
I have tried the obvious readme and I have spent a long time searching google but I cannot find how to execute the installation from the Grub> command line.

I need to know how to start the installation from the command line install /dev/cdrom ?? there must be a way unless my dvd is not correctly written?
