Hi I would like to know if it is ok to go from no services packs to the latest in one step? or would I need to do it in stages?

Thanks

No you do not need to install the previous SPs before installing SP3.
It will take a while to complete the install of SP3 as it will include the DB schema update from SP1 (assuming you haven't got this installed already).

As always, make sure you take a back up before doing any upgrades / major patches.

Also make sure to apply the service pack and subsequent rollup updates onto both the server and any workstations you have installed the Exchange tools on.

I hope that helps.

Regards,

Mark
