installing sendmail 8.12.8

when i run the sh Build command to install, all goes well except that in the devtools/Site directory, I do not get the site.config.m4 file. Where can i get the file. i thought the file would be generated automatically. Please help me folks.

Copy and paste the the following text into a file called /etc/mail/sendmail.mc. Then run the m4 macro compiler to create sendmail.cf. An example of this command is in the text.

I compiled my sendmail. good. But i get this on:

makemap: Need to recompile with -DNEWDB for hash support
