I am trying to install SCO 5.0.4 on my new IBM Server.
My problem is that the install does not see my IDE CD-ROM with the sco software.

When the the install reaches the "Identifying the installation media screen" I select
Media device to be used: IDE CD ROM
IDE Controller: Secondary
Master or Slave: Master

But my drive is not detected. My IBM server bios setting indicated that the CD drive is a Samsung CD ROM, IDE Controller is Secondary, Master.

Is there a BTLD driver or wd driver that I need to get this install going? Or where do I go from here?

Did you notice whether the install boot saw the CD?

You could force it with a bootstring perhaps..
