Installing rule base

Hello,
I'm trying to install my rule base on my remote firewall and am receiving following error:

No license for remote installation.

I have the correct license on my management server and my firewall, and my SIC is communicating between the two. Does anyone know what this means and how to correct it?

Is your firewall and module on the same box or are they seperate?
