Installing RPM for Compaq UPS

We are using Compaq R3000 XR ups and I am trying to configure HP's RPM (Rack and Power Manager). Does anyone reading this currently manage their compaq usp with RPM? Can you let me know how you configured it and got it going? I am at a dead end and HP doesn't seem to have anyone that knows how to get the program running on a W2K Server. Thanks for any help.
