Installing Resource Manager on Presentation Server 4

I know this may sound like a dumb question, but I am trying to install RMS on a client Presentation Server 4 farm. The client just upgraded from XPe to Presentation Server 4 (and yes it does reflect the enterprise edition), and I cannot seem to locate where the installation executables are? Not on the presentation server 4 install CD, or the components CD. Anybody have any idea what I am doing wrong here.
