I am installing a micros e7 system for a consulting client and all of the configuration has gone fine. Menus, printing, credit cards, etc. are all working as expected. One of the two workstations, however, died last week and I got it repaired by the company that he bought the system through. Now, I can't for the life of me figure out how to download the data files to the newly restored workstation. I'm sure it is something simple but I'm at a dead-end. Anyone know how to bring this workstation back to where I need it?

Thanks,

Craig Russell

In case anyone else runs into this problem here is the solution. On the server PC go into Manager Scrren while logged in as a super-user and select remote file utility. I wasn't sure which files to copy from the PC so I chose to copy the database files from the other workstation to the newly installed workstation. The files I copied were located in c:\cf\db. I just copied these over to the new workstation and then rebooted. After that was done, i was able to do a retrieve all on the workstation in question from the pc and everything has been ok since then.
