Installing Remote Administration Console for BackupExec 9

I cannot seem to install the remote administation console for version 9.

I get an error saying that the wizard was interrupted before BakcupExec could be fully installed. The log shows a failure to install third party products at the end.

I am runnig SQL server 2000 on the host if it matters.

Anyone know what I need to do?
