Installing Protection Pilot error ffffff0

This is the enviroment

Windows XP Professional SP 2
PentiumIV 2ghz
256 MB Ram

During insitallation in the initialize MSDE step i found this message

Unexpected error.

Error windows code fffffff0:

In the dbinit.log this appears
