I've run into a very strange problem...
I recently installed WebSphere Development Tools for iSeries Version 5.1 along with WebSphere Studio 3.5.3 on a Windows 2000 machine, and it worked fine. No errors, no problems.
However, when I installed Sybase Powerbuilder 8.0.1 on the very same machine, WebSphere ceased to function! Powerbuilder and all it's applications work fine, yet WebSphere now comes up with the error:
"WSStudio35.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."
First of all, I cannot find the error log. Secondly, does anyone have any idea what is going on? I really need this to work!

Note: This is all done under a local administrator account with group policies disabled.
