I have an IP Office 9.1 with SBCE licensing. I have a Portwell Cad 0230 SBC. I'm trying to install WebLM on a virtual server but the SBC will not be virtual. The IT guy on site needs the OVA file for WebLM. Where do I find that??

When trying to register the license on the PLDS site, it is asking me for the Host ID. I know the Host ID of the IP Office is not the right one but where do I find that? Is it on the SBC itself or is it on the WebLM machine.

I'm not an IT guy so any help would be appreciated

The Webml ova is in the support site as well.
The license host is the Mac Address of the sbc.
But of you do not know this then you are not able to install it.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I agree with Peter.
The portwell sbc has it's own weblm so why use external one as virtual?
