installing photo editor on Citrix Metaframe XP ???

I am having a problem installing Photo Editor on my Windows 2000 server running Citrix Metaframe XP.

I installed Office 2000 SR-1 a few weeks ago and now I realized i need to install Photo Editor. I go through the custom installation wizard to create the transform file to install it but it doesn't install Photo Editor. I also tried control panel\add-remove programs to change/update the Office installation but Photo Editor isnt even listed in there as an option to upgrade to.

I'd appreciate any suggestions or help that anyone can give.
