We are trying to add a 34d to an existing Partner ACS R3.0. The phone will not work on ports 10, 11, or 12 but seems to work on port 13. All of the other phones on the system are Euro 18d. Does the 34D require a higher software release?
try unplugging some other phones at the time you are connecting it to see if it is a power load issue from the power supply. Also test the 34 d on known working system.
Also, be sure and plug the phone directly into the system ports to test (instead of the wall jack.) Even though it shouldn't be an issue, that will eliminate the wiring as the culprit.
