Installing OWA 5.5 help

Hi all, I have installed OWA 5.5 before and now have to do it again. I is on a separate server from Exchange 5.5 (SP4) the OS is Win2k Sp4, and I have installed OWA on to it and IIS lockdown patch, give all log on locally setting, *however* do I have to install Exchange service pack 4 on to this OWA server? When I do start to install the update I get some errors saying it can't open a couple of files from the service pack 4 folder location I click ignore on them and OWA is accessible if a little slow.....any ideas?

Yes, you should have SP4 on your OWA server. Have you tried re-downloading the service pack? The one you have may have a corrupt file or something.

I am running a similar setup to yours, with OWA on an IIS server and Exchange on its own server.
