Installing Oracle ODBC Driver without Installer

Is there anyway to install the Oracle ODBC Drive without using the Oracle Installer ?

Normally I use the installer, but have an end user that has client, no installer and needs the Oracle ODBC Driver.

Client is 8.0.6.

Any hints / tips appreciated.

( register, it's free)
and look thru the Downloads..Utilities section to see if they have a self-installing ODBC set..

I have looked, nothing there to fill the need. They do have the drivers in self extracting zips, but no self installing drivers.
