I am installing One X Portal on a server where the primary C drive only has 10GB of free space but the disk is partitioned and I have 875GB on the D drive. I would like to install the One X on the D drive but there is no option while installing to do so. I am installing the latest R9 SP2, if I remember correctly the older releases of One X would prompt you where to install. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this? The server is a Windows 2008 R2 64 bit with 8GB RAM. All pre installation requirements have been set according to documentation.

Thanks in advance

Really scraping my memory but I recall issue where even when you stated install on the D: drive, the majority of one-X Portal components still went on the C: drive because they had too. That might explain why the removed the option from the installer if that is what they have done

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

What else is installed on that server so that is has not enough disk space on the C drive?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

What does it matter? If you want to install the One-X portal on the D partition, why isn't this possible?

There really isnt anything else on this server just the the OS. The C drive is only 40GB

Then go to disk management and remove some pf the space of the D drive and then add that space to the C drive.
This can take some time but will solve your problem.

Okkie, i think the same but somehow they cannot solve the problems when it is not installed on the C drive.

Yeah I was hoping to avoid doing that but if it's my option I will.

Thank you.
