Installing Office 2000 Pro Disc 2 on Windows 2000 Pro

I have installed Office 2000 Pro OEM Disc 2 (Publisher) on a PC with Windows 2000 Pro OEM. When logged on as any user other than admin the shortcut for publisher is not displayed.

I have recreated the icon and moved it from the admin profile to all users - then I receive "Feature ID not registered" error when I double click the icon.

I have uninstalled including using Microsofts Office Cleanup tools to no avail.

All other Office Apps work great.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Just checking that "Microsofts Office Cleanup tools" means you used Eraser 2K?

Look, I'm not a sysadmin or network-type, but wouldn't it be easier to just add the shortcut for the user?

If you add the shortcut it still has the same error. "file id not registered".
