installing new RDRAM 2

Hi Folks

I have just purchased 2 sticks of rdram 2x128mb, but when i put them into my computer it give the following beep code 1-3-3-1 - 28 Autosize DRAM.

anyone shed any light on this error code for me, is it possibly faulty ram.

Remove and reseat the RAM making sure it's fully seated.

If no luck, then install it in different slots.

If still no good, then clean off the RAM's contacts with 91% pure(or higher) alcohol, and a lint free soft cloth.

If no luck, then the RAM may be bad.
