Installing new PRI Avaya G3

Hello folks! I have searched the forums to try and find a answer to my issue to no avail.
I have a G3 that I am installing a PRI into for local and long distance calls.
I am using a TN767E along with a 120 CSU/DSU.
I have programed the trunk, the signaling group and the DS1 circuit pack.
When I do a "status signal group x", I get a "out of service" on the D channel.

Is there a way to test the funtion of the CSU/DSU?

The version of G3 that I am installing this PRI into is
R009.05.1.122.4
The switch currently has 1 PRI for LD and one T1 for DCS to another G3.

Am I limited to the number of PRI's I can terminate when using a TN767 card?
