Hi, I'm helping a friend move his business Norstar system to a new site. Don't know much about Norstar systems unfortunately. He is getting 2 new POTS lines (with new numbers) to replace the existing ones he has at his current site. My question is if the phones and the stations stay as is, do I need to do any programming for the replacement POTS lines in the system to be able to route inbound calls to the stations? I can probably figure out the current CO lines and punch down the new ones to the same block (as I'm moving the 66 block too). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

The lines should come up if you punch them down in the right place and if the current configuration has the lines assigned to the extensions. In most cases though when a system is moved there is always some basic programming needed.
