Installing MSDE

I am trying to install MSDE on my company pc. The problem is the system admin password is not a "Strong" password. I do not want to change my SA password because we have a method of what we make all of our computers SA passwords. Confused yet....finally, my question is::
Can you install MSDE without a strong password?
