CallPilot 4.0.4. SU03 (201i IPE server)

My vendor gave me a list of updates that Nortel says is OK to install on my CallPilot server. Do I need to stop CallPilot before installing the updates (like a courtesy down in Mermail), or do I just install them from Windows Update while CallPilot is running and reboot when done?

Greg

Nortel updates are self-executable that will do all the work for you including bring the system back online when done. Drop them in the d:\temp folder, unzip and follow the destructions in the readme file.

If you are talking about MS updates, there IS a list that Nortel recognizes, but many of them are not necessary due to the fact that this is an Appliance version of Win2k3 and not a standard version. Any MS fixes that are required for the server will be included in the next SU issued by Nortel.
