Installing Micros RES 4.0

Hi,
I am very new to Micros and am trying to install Micros 4.0 on a Windows XP machine as a server and a windows XP embedded POS machine for the client. I've searched the forum and cannot find a full step by step process for setting up the system. Can someone either send me a link of how to do it or possibly even just write it out?

With the help of those two thread I was able to get the system running. I would still like a more concise set up procedure but now my main problem is that I need a sample database.

Does anyone know where I can find one?

I was hoping for a populated sample database. I am developing a general tool to interact with the database via the api. The contents of the database don't matter.
