Installing MICROS CAL in Toshiba POS

So we're still using MICROS 9700, my boss doesn't want to upgrade to 3700 because of the price. I needed a Workstation 5a but I cannot find in the market, already talk with MICROS distributor in our country (UAE) but they told me they have only MICROS Workstation 6 that's only compatible with MICROS 3700 not 9700. So, one distributor offered me a TOSHIBA 6140-14C POS MACHINE. They told me i can install MICROS in here, but the problem now for me is i cannot find a MICROS CAL installer. the toshiba runs windows 10-64bit, while our current MICROS Workstation 5a runs at Windows Embedded CE 6.0.

Can someone advise me what to do? THANKS IN ADVANCE
