Installing micros 3700 CAL on windows 7 1

I am trying to install CAL on windows 7 pro machine and during installation the "Tool for setting Environment Variable" crashes. Tried three time but the same result.
Please see attached files.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Plz follow the stpes below, and let me know if it's works fine :

Go to C:\Program Files\Micros\McrsCal (on 32bit) or C:\Program Files (x86)\MICROS\McrsCAL (on 64bit)
- Select the file McrsCal.exe, right-click on it and select Properties.
Go to Compatibility
Select Change settings for all users
Tick the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3)’
Tick the box ‘Run this program as an administrator’

- Select the file microsenv.exe, right-click on it and select Properties.
Go to Compatibility
Select Change settings for all users
Tick the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3)’
Tick the box ‘Run this program as an administrator

Hi

Does anyone have the Cal setup for Windows Embedded CE6.0 and install instructions.

I am trying to install it it on a Micros WS5A that has been wiped

I tried the wcf utility and bios restore but CAL does not come back.
I am trying to install Res3700 5.4
