Installing MF XP on windows 2003 server

Hi everyone,
I just recently installed my windows 2003 server, I am having an issue installing Citrix Metaframe XP 1.0. When I run setup, I am getting the following error:

"The Procedure Entry Point CenterWindowRelativeToParent could not be located in the dynamic link library SetupAPI.dll"

any help.....

You will need to install MF XP 1.0 with the integrated FR3/SP3 code. Download the FR3 update and run the setup on the server. I had the same issue and this is what our Citrix Regional Rep stated need to be done.
