installing mail server on AIX 4.3.3

I have following installation instructions on this subject to the word. I can use IE browser to configure and receive a congatualtions message.But when i run the /opt/lotus/bin/server command the response is
"Server exiting:
Launching the Domino HTTP server. Connect to it on port 8081 with
your browser to setup your Domino server"

Any clues?

hai launch any web browser, and connect to your domino server. That is use http:\\<your domino server ip>:8081

this will bring up the configuration part on the browser.
