installing lotus notes client (r5)

Hello,
i need help for install client r5 on a citrix server.
What are the correctly steps? and How can I store each notes.ini file from each user?

We install the client on a workstation and then copy the C:\lotus folder to each user's home share (H:\ drive) on the server and change the notes.ini to contain only this:

[Notes]

Directory=H:\lotus\notes\data
KitType=1
InstallType=6


The first time notes.exe is run, it starts the setup wizard. Once the settings are complete, it runs from the users' home share from then on.
