Does anyone have experience in updating the MC32s card in CS1000M Release 6?
I have an operational MC32s. I need to upload two new loadware files: DSP2AB03.LW and MGCMAB01.LW.
The NTPs, and Avaya's advice, is load them (in Element Manager) via File Upload and then do an upload under Voice Gateway Media Cards. However, the File Upload does not accept the files. It says they must be *.mc32s or *.sa files.
I can load them via LOADWARE PEPs but I don't know if this is correct. The documentation says this is for the MGC card, but I have the MC32s. I have loaded the files but not activated them but I want to know if that is correct before I do so.
