Installing Linux RedHat 7.0 Sony Vaio pcg-z505lsk

I need to know how to load Redhat OS to my Sony Vaio PCG-z505lsk laptop. I don't have a bootable cd-rom, so it wouldn't work if I reboot from the cd. I could access the cd drive and the Redhat CD. I don't know if there's a magic command I could type in to start the setup process. Like installing Windows, you can type in WINNT.exe and it would start the setup process aumatically.
