Installing latest MySQL server on Ubuntu 10.10

Hi,

I am running Ubuntu 10.10 on a PC that has no internet connection.

I want to install the latest MySQL server on this but cannot find an install package anywhere that I can copy onto a memory stick.

I found one installer that ended .rpm under Linux Generic but then I did a bit of digging around and apparently Ubuntu can't read this sort of file?

What's the best way forward?
