Installing IP phones on the BCM - Guides available?

I have a customer who has a BCM400 and they want an easy to read step by step guide on installing/replacing a phone.

Are there are any simple guides on configuring a phone available on the internet anywhere?

I am looking for a step by step guide where it will walk you through what to do when installing/replacing a handset.

Nortel recently (March 07) came out with a set of "Task Based Guides" although for the BCM 50. There is one which covers IP Phones.
