I have WIndows XP Pro on my computer and when I did the original install I did not choose to install Int. Information Services. Now that I need it I went back and tried to add it via Add/Remove Windows Components and it is prompting me to insert the XP Service Pack 1 CD. I have the original XP CD, but not a SP 1 CD. I have run WIndows Update routinely and have all the fixes/patches applied. I go to the MS Web Site to find the SP, but it sends me to the Windows UPdate site and since I already have everything installed there is nothing new to add. Can anyone tell me how to get IIS 5.1 (or PWS if it is still called that) installed? Thanks!

when it asks for the XPSP1 CD, give it the cd you installed from.. in the NT4 days, you'd have to run the service pack again, but im not so sure about XP. Definitely check Windows Update after you've installed IIS though as there have been a few patches out for it
