Installing HP2200 driver and receive message access denied

Hi,
Maybe someone can help me. I am having a problem installing the drivers for HP2200 printer to an IBM A20m portable PC running Windows 2000. When the installation is nearly finished I get this message - Printer is not installed. Access denied.
I am logged on as administrator of the computer.

I'd appreciate your help, thank you
