I'm running R55 HFA_09 for Secureplatform. Does anyone know what I have to do to upgrade to HFA_017 ? It's not like IPSO, where you can ftp to the firewall.
1) on the splat, go into "expert" mode.
2) in expert mode, "cd /var/tmp"
3) ftp the hfa-017 file from the ftp server to your splat
box
4) tar -xzpf xxxxx.tgz
5) ./install_hfa
6) reboot the box
once the box is back online, do "fw ver" and you will see
HFA_017.
Thanks for the tip, but no not quite. After I move install_hfa to /var/HFA and type ./install_hfa, this is what I get:

Well, I've changed to /var/tmp like wirelesspeap first suggested and now I get:

Is this because I have the clock set for March ? I verified the hash of the file and it matches Checkpoint's.
