installing front page server extensions 2002

Make sure that IIS is running and the you should be able to double click on the file you downloaded, which will launch the installation. If it is a zip file, then the setup.exe will be in the file you downloaded and you'll need to unzip the file to a folder, then double click the setup.exe.
