Installing Flash Plugin for IE5

We have an Intranet for the company which is using Flash 5.0 but a lot of the pc's on the site don't have this version of the Flash plug in.

Most of the pc do not have Internet Access but need upgraded, is there any way of installing the plugin without having to run it from the Macromedia website???

Just download and install the plugin from this part of Macromedia's website.

I have tried this already, BUT it only Installs it on the current PC. We need to be able to download it to a file to install it on several other PCs most of which network/Intranet access BUT not Internet access.
