Installing Exchange with Setup /R?????

Hi,
I need help. I am trying to install Microsoft NT 4 and exchange 5.5 on a new server and move my existing exchange to a new server.... The problem i am running into is that after i install exchange with the setup /R upon reboot i get the 4015 error in the event log and information store will not start. The thing that is frustrating is that i cannot figure out why... the name of the of the nt server and the exchange server... even when i go to technet and it tells me what registry values to check they even match... Please help me, i am in dire need of it.... it is greatly appreciated..

Have you spesified your old mailserver during the setup of the new on?
Did you use the same Admin ID and password as on your old server?
Did you add your new server to the same Container?

Sorry to ask you a lot of questions, but it is the only way I can find out where you went wrong or what happend.
