Installing Exchange Email Router Setup

Hello,

If have a problem when installing Exchange Email Router on our Exchange router, we get the following error:

Action: Microsoft.crm.setup.exchange.installserviceaction failed
object reference not set to an instance of an object.

The progress bar ends at microsoft.crm.setup.sinkserviceinstaller.

After that we get the following message
Action.microsoft.Crm.setup.exchange.WriteRegistryInfoAction failed.
object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?
