Installing E-policy Orchestrator

I have got a Windows NT4.0 server 128MB RAM, PIII, service pack 6. No programs are loaded. The server is setup as BACKUP DOMAIN. while installing Mcafee E-policy, We are getting error during LDAP installation. What would be the problem ?
can E-Policy be installed in a BACKUP Domain server ?
