installing dreamweaver8:error

I have my new program dreamweaver 8 and trying to install it, I have always the same message: could not install you should update window ; I did it and still got the same message : KB 884016-V2-X86.Exe is not update;When I try to go on window update ,this is only for window xp and 2000.Should I change my computer to window XP or there is another solution?? I have to work with this dreamweaver;Thanks for your help;

System Requirements for Dreamweaver 8
Windows

* 800 MHz Intel Pentium III processor (or equivalent) and later
[red] * Windows 2000, Windows XP [/red]
* 256 MB RAM (1 GB recommended to run more than one Studio 8 product simultaneously)
* 1024 x 768, 16-bit display (32-bit recommended)
* 650 MB available disk space

It appears that Dreamweaver 8 can only work on windows 2000 or XP not 98. So yes you probably need to update your Windows version to at least 2000.
